• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out feature may be used if available.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Banglabaji reserves the right to void that bet.

To close your account, please email our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
